The Roller Mill with Pre-Crusher is an integrated grain-processing machine designed for efficient maize milling and the production of high-quality sifted grade-one flour. By combining pre-crushing and roller milling in one unit, the machine streamlines the grain preparation and grinding process.

The pre-crusher first breaks down whole maize grains into smaller particles, preparing them for the roller mill. The roller mill then further processes the grain to produce fine, consistent flour suitable for commercial maize milling operations.

This machine can be configured with a dual-motor setup, such as a 5HP motor for the pre-crusher and a 10HP low-speed motor for the roller mill. Depending on the configuration and operating conditions, it can achieve an approximate processing capacity of 300–500 kg per hour.
